3. Multiple Locations and Entities

  • Authorized Dealer Dispensary operates multiple independently licensed dispensary entities under the same brand.
  • By using our Services, you acknowledge that orders, deliveries, and transactions may be handled by the specific entity operating the location fulfilling your order.
  • Each entity is responsible only for the products and services it provides.

4. Online Ordering & Delivery

  • Online orders may require identity verification at checkout and at delivery.
  • Orders are subject to availability and state purchase limits.
  • Delivery is available only to eligible addresses within New Jersey and in compliance with CRC regulations.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Payment

  • All payments must be made using approved payment methods.
  • You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for all purchases.
  • Prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

6. Product Information & Risks

  • All product descriptions and labeling comply with CRC requirements.

7. Shipping & Returns

  • By law, cannabis products cannot be shipped across state lines.
  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except for defective products as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Authorized Dealer Dispensary and its entities are not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or claims resulting from your use or misuse of cannabis products.
  • We are not responsible for third-party services linked through our site.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Authorized Dealer Dispensary and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

10. Federal Law Disclaimer
